What it is

Corporate phone service over IP. An internal PBX with extensions, forwarding, voicemail, IVR. External lines via a SIP provider or traditional analogue / PRI trunks.

What’s included

  • PBX: Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX — chosen by user count and feature mix. From 5 to 500+ extensions.
  • External numbers: multi-channel toll-free and local numbers, porting existing numbers between providers.
  • Features:
    • Extensions and ring groups
    • IVR with weekday / weekend / night routing
    • Call recording with secure storage
    • Voicemail-to-email
    • Call queues for sales and support
  • Remote staff: mobile app or laptop softphone — internal extension works from anywhere.
  • Integrations: customer card pops up in the CRM on incoming call, missed-call notifications, automatic task creation in 1C / amoCRM / Bitrix24.
  • Conferencing and video: built into the PBX or integrated with Zoom / Jitsi.

When you need this

  • Switching providers or PBX — migration without service interruption.
  • Expanding: new office, remote staff, need to unify telephony.

  • An old analogue PBX is end-of-life, support costs are rising, time to replace.

Approach

Not locked into a single provider or PBX. If today’s best combination is Asterisk plus a domestic SIP provider, we deploy that. If conditions change tomorrow, we migrate without losing numbers or call history.
