Engineering
without the noise.
ProFor is a team of engineers running IT infrastructure for mid-sized businesses since 2008. Hundreds of clients, thousands of Friday-night server reboots, and one rule: good infrastructure should be boring.
A team that doesn't scatter
Most of our engineers have been with us for more than five years. That means a client doesn't reach a call centre — they reach the person who remembers their specific install.
We don't leave the project the moment "everything is launched". If 1C falls over three months after migration, we come back and figure it out. That's not marketing copy — it's operational reality: the average client has been with us 8+ years.
The team includes server and network admins, a security engineer, 1C developers, a structured-cabling and integrations engineer. One contract covers any IT question.
Numbers that mean something
Good infrastructure is boring infrastructure. Nothing interesting happens on it.

How the work runs
One contract — one team. You don't integrate five subcontractors yourself. All requests go through one account manager; internally the team works out who handles what.
No bait-and-switch. If a specific engineer committed to something on day one, the same engineer does the work. We don't hand off to a junior to free hands for other clients.
Response time. Any request — reply within one business hour. Incidents — SLA reaction, usually 15-30 minutes.
Documentation. Every infrastructure gets a current diagram, runbook, vendor contacts, and an incident log. If our lead engineer goes on leave tomorrow, the next person has everything they need to keep going.
