What it is
Sourcing, supply, and deployment of software for business needs. Not “we sell you a box” — we make sure the new system works with the existing infrastructure and actually solves the job.
What’s included
- Sourcing and supply: Microsoft (Office, Windows Server, RDS, Exchange), 1C in all configurations, specialised software (CAD, CRM, ERP), open-source alternatives.
- Deployment: install, initial configuration, training for client admins.
- Licensing: picking the right licensing scheme for headcount and usage. Volume licensing, OEM, subscriptions. Tracking compliance between installed copies and licences.
- System integration: data exchange, single auth (AD, LDAP, SSO), connectors between CRM / ERP / 1C / email.
- Migrations: between email systems, between CRMs, on-prem to cloud and back.
- Ongoing support: updates, version upgrades, user help.
On open-source
Not dogmatic — we pick whatever solves the client’s job better. If they need Outlook + Exchange and the team is used to Office, we install Office. If the requirement is narrow and open-source solves it more reliably (Bitwarden instead of an enterprise password manager, say) — we recommend open-source.
When you need this
- You’re rolling out a new system — need to buy licences, deploy, and integrate with the existing fleet.
- Switching from cloud to on-prem (or the other way) — need data and user migration.
- A licence audit found gaps — clean it up and plan upgrades.
- You want to cut licence costs by swapping selected components for open-source without losing functionality.
