What it is

IT support for the 1C server side: install, update, back up, migrate. We don’t write configurations or “customise accounting logic” — that’s a franchise partner’s job. We make sure the platform runs stably, recovers quickly, and doesn’t fall over under peak load.

What’s included

  • Install and deployment: 1C servers on Linux (Debian, Ubuntu Server) and Windows Server, 1C server clusters where needed, picking the right DBMS (PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
  • Updates: scheduled platform and configuration updates, compatibility checks before promoting to prod.
  • Licensing: software and hardware protection keys, licence servers, remote access for users.
  • Backups: regular database backups, restore drills, off-site storage.
  • Migrations: between platform versions, between database engines, physical-to-virtual, file-mode to client-server.
  • Performance: diagnosing slow operations, DB tuning, profiling.
  • Disaster recovery: server failure or database corruption — fallback plan with target recovery time.

Configurations

We work with all standard and custom 1C 7.7 and 8.x configurations: Accounting, HR/Payroll, Trade Management, ERP, Retail, Document Flow, industry-specific, and bespoke.

When you need this

  • The 1C server is slow and users complain about “freezes” — diagnosis needed.
  • A migration is planned: new platform version, file-mode → client-server, hardware replacement.
  • Platform updates need to be regular, but the franchise partner only handles configuration.
  • A failure and data loss occurred — recover, then set up reliable backups.

Approach

We split responsibility with the client’s franchise partner. Configuration and accounting logic are theirs; server infrastructure and stability are ours. No overlap.
